Struggled to get support; response was extremely delayed.

Limited options, poor service

I had high hopes for VIVID, but my experience has been disappointing. While they tout their commitment to customer wellbeing, the support services feel inadequate and impersonal. The online account system is clunky and frustrating, making it hard to find important information. Additionally, I found the quality of their homes to be subpar, with maintenance issues arising shortly after moving in. Overall, the promises of community investment and support seem more like marketing slogans than reality. I wouldn’t recommend them.
