I had a disappointing experience with US Immigration Support while trying to obtain an eVisa. Their customer service, although advertised as 24/7, was slow to respond and unhelpful when I encountered issues with my application. It felt like a constant runaround without clear answers. Additionally, the website itself was confusing and not user-friendly. Given that they are a private agency, I expected more professionalism and efficiency. I wouldn’t recommend them for immigration assistance. Look elsewhere!
