I’ve had a frustrating experience with MOHELA’s customer service. Their website is difficult to navigate, and important information is hidden among too many options. Slow form processing has also made it harder to stay on top of my loans. Overall, I haven’t felt supported during a difficult time and wouldn’t recommend their services.
