I was disappointed with my experience at The Lamp Company. While their selection of bulbs seems vast, I found the website difficult to navigate. Additionally, the customer service I received was lacking; my inquiries went unanswered for days. Also, the prices for some everyday items felt inflated compared to other retailers. Overall, it did not live up to expectations.
