The international delivery options sound great, but I faced delays and inadequate tracking updates. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for support. The promotional offers seem enticing, but many products were out of stock or not as discounted as claimed. Overall, it felt like a frustrating shopping experience rather than the luxurious escape I expected.
