I was disappointed with my experience using this app for public transport tickets. The app also lagged during peak times, making the ticket purchasing process frustrating. Additionally, I encountered issues when trying to buy tickets for multiple users simultaneously, which added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I expected more efficiency and reliability from such a service.
