I recently placed an order with Shay Dublin, hoping for high-quality fashion, but the experience was disappointing. The pieces felt inexpensive and didn’t have the timeless elegance they promised. Customer service replied quickly, but wasn’t much help with my return questions—the conditions were stricter than I expected. Free shipping is a nice perk, but it doesn’t make up for the mediocre quality. The marketing looks appealing, yet the products don’t live up to it. I wouldn’t recommend the brand if you’re after genuine elegance or sustainable fashion.
