My experience with BNP Paribas in Belgium has been disappointing. The online banking platform often feels clunky and unintuitive, making basic tasks frustratingly difficult. Customer service was unresponsive when I needed assistance, and I found the range of products underwhelming compared to other banks. Overall, it hasn't lived up to the expectations of a leading financial institution.
