I had high hopes for ATAG’s heating products, but my experience has been disappointing. The ComfortKiezer tool promised an easy way to find the right solution, but it was confusing and not user-friendly. Installation costs were higher than expected, and customer service was unresponsive when I sought help. Additionally, the promised energy savings have been minimal. Overall, I found ATAG’s offerings to be more hassle than value—definitely not the comfort I anticipated.
