I recently tried a service from OK Mobility and was disappointed. The discounts advertised were misleading, and the process felt disorganized. My reserved vehicle wasn't clean, and the customer service was unhelpful when raising my concerns. Additionally, many vehicles were unavailable despite their claims of a vast fleet. I expected a seamless experience but left feeling frustrated. For the variety they promise, the execution fell short. I won’t be using them again. Save your time and money.
