I was excited by the deals they advertised, but the service didn’t live up to expectations. Internet speeds were unreliable, and customer support was hard to reach when problems came up. The offers may look appealing, but the overall experience was disappointing. The installation assistance they promised also fell short. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone else.
