I expected a lot from Orange, but my experience hasn’t lived up to it. Their packages sounded appealing, though the actual service was disappointing. Customer support was hard to reach when I needed assistance, and the internet was slower than advertised. Their environmental promises feel more like promotional talk than real action, and the exclusive offers aren’t any better than what other providers have. In the end, Orange didn’t stand out to me, and I wouldn’t recommend them.
