My visit to Hair & Beautycare Vicky fell short of what I expected. The atmosphere felt hurried, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive. All in all, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had trouble arranging my appointment and was charged a cancellation fee even though I gave notice on time. The salon also felt unwelcoming, so it was difficult to relax. Overall, the experience fell short of what I’d expect from a quality beauty salon.
