I was really looking forward to shopping at North East Tackle, but the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The range was smaller than advertised, and it was hard to track down the items I needed. Customer service came across as unhelpful rather than welcoming, which was frustrating. Their selection of eco-friendly products was also quite limited, despite their emphasis on sustainability. The local shop had promise, but it didn’t have the community feel they described. I’m unlikely to visit again, since their actions didn’t seem to match their values.
