I found the products disappointing and not as efficient as advertised. Customer support was unresponsive, making the experience frustrating overall.

I recently purchased a Baseus product, and I have to say, I'm disappointed. While their selection looks appealing, the reality doesn't meet expectations. The product I received was poorly made and overpriced for what it offers. Additionally, customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for support. The promised warranty and hassle-free returns turned out to be anything but hassle-free! I expected better quality and service for the price. I won’t be buying from Baseus again.
