I tried the oil cleanser as a pre-cleanse, but it left my skin feeling greasy instead of clean. The promises made about its moisturizing properties fell short. Also, the website was cluttered and overwhelming, making it difficult to find the information I needed. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I won't be purchasing anything else from Pacifica.
